A sponsored NHS innovation project
You will lead a real, executive-sponsored project from the host Trust's innovation portfolio. Not a side project, not a hypothetical, an active NHS priority with a brief, a budget and a clinical lead.

CPD-accredited, taught properly
Structured CPD curriculum across design thinking, paediatric health economics, MHRA and DTAC regulation, AI safety for under-18s, procurement, behaviour change and NHS adoption pathways. Logged, evidenced, exportable for appraisal.

Embedded innovation team support
Embedded support from the host Trust's innovation team: design, delivery, IG, evaluation and partnerships. You are not building alone in a corridor at 7pm.

Brokered industry, academic and charity partners
Curated introductions to digital health, MedTech, university and third-sector partners matched to your project. The fellowship opens the doors most clinicians spend years knocking on.

Leadership coaching
Executive coaching, public-narrative training and boardroom simulation. Designed to make you credible in front of a Trust board, not just at a journal club.

A permanent alumni faculty
Once a fellow, always a fellow. Alumni form a permanent faculty: continued mentorship in both directions, peer cohort, and first refusal on Year 2 scale opportunities.

Visibility inside and outside the Trust
Showcase to Trust board, regional ICS, national paediatric innovation network. A platform to be seen by the people who fund and adopt change.
