Senior mentorship
Triangulated 1:1 mentorship from a senior paediatric clinician, an NHS executive and an external industry or academic leader, matched to your project domain. Monthly throughout the year.

Cohort 01 is new. Rather than dress up unproven outcome metrics, we are honest about what this fellowship is right now: an exceptional development opportunity for clinicians who want to lead innovation inside the NHS. Here is what you actually get.
Triangulated 1:1 mentorship from a senior paediatric clinician, an NHS executive and an external industry or academic leader, matched to your project domain. Monthly throughout the year.
You will lead a real, executive-sponsored project from the host Trust's innovation portfolio. Not a side project, not a hypothetical, an active NHS priority with a brief, a budget and a clinical lead.
Structured CPD curriculum across design thinking, paediatric health economics, MHRA and DTAC regulation, AI safety for under-18s, procurement, behaviour change and NHS adoption pathways. Logged, evidenced, exportable for appraisal.
Embedded support from the host Trust's innovation team: design, delivery, IG, evaluation and partnerships. You are not building alone in a corridor at 7pm.
Curated introductions to digital health, MedTech, university and third-sector partners matched to your project. The fellowship opens the doors most clinicians spend years knocking on.
Executive coaching, public-narrative training and boardroom simulation. Designed to make you credible in front of a Trust board, not just at a journal club.
Once a fellow, always a fellow. Alumni form a permanent faculty: continued mentorship in both directions, peer cohort, and first refusal on Year 2 scale opportunities.
Showcase to Trust board, regional ICS, national paediatric innovation network. A platform to be seen by the people who fund and adopt change.
Protected fellowship time, agreed up front with your clinical line manager and the fellowship team.
A seat at the table where paediatric service change actually gets decided.
A credible path from frontline clinician to clinical-innovation leader, evidenced by a delivered project.
